I love drinking tea every day. I started drinking tea when I was working in a corporate office. A cup of tea would be a nice break from my work. Slowly, it developed into a habit and now I love to start my day with a fresh cup of tea.
Even though drinking tea started as a way to take a break, it has unknowingly developed into a deeper sense of taking a break in my daily life. It has become a mindfulness activity. In simple terms, mindfulness is clearing away distractions and refreshing yourself both mentally and physically. It is taking some time aside for yourself.
