Like Carrie Bradshaw, I like my money right where I can see it…hanging in my closet. Let’s be honest, not everyone can afford those designer wardrobes, but there are plenty of budget friendly options out there. I was recently introduced to Dresslink, an online shopping portal for women based in China. I ordered three items, a light cotton dress (size M), a geometric print chiffon kimono (size S) and a coin necklace; all for a total of $21 (including shipping). I went for standard shipping (China post) and the package arrived within 12 days. I was pleasantly surprised after opening the package. The clothes were true to their size and as pictured on the website. When shopping online, I make sure to read the reviews and refer to the size chart.
I have created two looks with my Dresslink items. The blue dress is a great summer piece that I will wear on repeat. I intentionally went for a bigger size but a small would have worked well too. I added a belt to define the waist but you could totally skip it. The kimono can be paired with dresses, jeans, shorts or can be used as a beach cover up. The coin necklace is a great statement accessory and I love how well it goes with both the looks.
